Help: TruckerBuilt Business

The driver first installs the TruckerBuilt app (Google Play) and creates a free account. Then, in your dashboard, add the driver with the exact email they used in the app. The driver receives an invitation in the app and must accept it. As soon as they accept, they get TruckerBuilt Pro. After accepting, the driver must fully close the app and reopen it for Pro to appear.

No TruckerBuilt account uses this email yet. Check the spelling with the driver, or ask them to create their free account in the app. We check again automatically every time you open your dashboard.

You add your card once. Every month, Stripe charges it automatically for your drivers (active and awaiting approval). The tier reached by your whole group sets the price for every driver. A driver added during the month is prorated on the next invoice, so you only get one invoice per month.

The driver’s Pro stops right away and they go back to the free version. You receive a prorated credit for the remaining days of the month on your next invoice.

When accepting your invitation, the driver is advised to cancel their Google Play subscription to avoid paying twice. Their company Pro starts right away.

Only the list you entered (name, phone, email) and the status of each invitation. TruckerBuilt never shares a driver’s location, trips or activity with your company.

Use the “Update card or cancel” button in your dashboard. If you cancel, your drivers keep Pro until the end of the month already paid.

Payments are processed by Link (Stripe), which calculates and collects the applicable taxes and emails your receipts and invoices.
